Return & Refund Policy (Earbud Case & Decorative Light Products)

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Request for return must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Custom or used decorative items.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement

  • If a damaged or wrong item is received, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
